For nearly 20 years, Shan has advised publicly listed and private companies across multiple sectors and geographies on financial, corporate, transactional, issues and crisis communications. She also has expertise in stakeholder analysis and advising corporates on decarbonisation communications strategies. Shan holds a certificate in corporate finance from the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute and worked as a M&A investment banker at Daiwa Securities SMBC. She is a founder director of the ASEAN Special Interest Group of the Institute of Directors.
